Photography Fees

There is a  $  30  Booking Fee for all on site /location sessions invoices. Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE , and DOES NOT go toward the total cost of your appointment. The online booking fee secures your appointment  travel fee charges in service areas: Atlanta , Decatur , Jonesboro 

Deposit varies by service type. They range between $50-50% of the total cost of each package . Deposits are non refundable. They do go toward the balance. 

Deposits can be credited towards a future session if client reschedules a session  by calling within 48-72 hours before session, and re-booking at a mutually agreed upon date and time. No Exceptions. 

All Balances are DUE 48 HOURS BEFORE SESSION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If the client opts to reschedule, the make-up session has to be rescheduled, through mutual agreement, within 24 hrs of the rescheduling request. 

The $50 rescheduling fee is NOT credited to the balance of the session; it serves as a convenience fee for the schedule change or cancellations less than 72 hours.. No Exceptions.

There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minute you must pay a late fee of  $  27 . If you wish to reschedule ,the late fee goes toward your new booking fee . All Appointments are Canceled after 20mins late. Please see schedule to rebook your session or contact us.  

Please be aware sales tax is added to all invoices. 

Normal delivery for final retouch edits are 5-10 days. For expedited edits, there is a $100 upcharge for edits delivered within 72 hours .  $100 charge for same day appts if time is available . 

Backdrop & Lighting set up

All Albany State and Valdosta State Grads are required to pay an additional travel fee.
