Frequently Asked Questions

A booking fee of $27 and deposit  is due at the time of booking an appointment . Final balance payments are due 48 hours before ALL sessions . 

Afterpay is available for all session balances at invoicing. Once you book your session and pay the deposit,  you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. 6% service charge applied. If you wish to use afterpay for the entire session (including the deposit) please contact us directly to receive the total session invoice for afterpay check out .

Unedited watermark images are sent to your email minimum 72 hours after your session excluding weekends. Please allow at least 10 business days total to receive specified edits after selection . For final images over a quantity of 10. Please allow up to 20 business days

Edits include cropping, lighting/ exposure and color temperature, softening skin, as well as adding my own "signature' touches to the images.  $20 each 

Retouching includes removing blemishes, brightening teeth, smoothing skin, or removing an unsightly wire, backdrop clean up,  $35 each 

Extensive retouch includes but not limited to removing a subject from an images, compositing several images together, or changing background of an images. $ 50 each 

All unedited images are watermarked . Removal is $300

Outdoor sessions and lifestyle images are offered at your location choice. However sessions with a backdrop are to be booked under indoor studio at our studio location.  

During our consultation we will discuss your session in detail. Group sessions will also vary in price. 

Images are shared digitally to you via pixieset. Your images are stored for a lifetime with a shareable link.

There are no refunds ! Clients have assumed all rights and risks . Includes photography services , set design and balloon services under DBA Pippi’s World . 

If the client opts to reschedule, the make-up session has to be rescheduled, through mutual agreement, within 24 hrs of the rescheduling request. 

The $50 rescheduling fee is NOT credited to the balance of the session; it serves as a convenience fee for the schedule change or cancellations less than 72 hours.. No Exceptions. 

For all portrait sessions, a non-refundable deposit & booking fee is required at booking, to secure the date, and will serve as a cancellation fee if applicable. No Exceptions. 

Client reserves the right to cancel up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. However client will forfeit the session deposit and booking fee as a penalty for  the allotted time. There is a $50 cancellation charge for canecelltions less than 72 hours.
